Besides Madonna, Pfizer is also involved in the efforts to drive a total vaccine rollout.
Pfizer has already stated that its patient assistance program will support residents of the United States without insurance.

Healthcare costs are high across the U.S. already. For example, the United States government has invested more than $30 billion to produce, buy and distribute roughly 960 million COVID-19 vaccines.
As it evaluates whether to advise Americans to obtain an annual COVID-19 booster shot, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration is also working to streamline its vaccine policies.
As per the latest report, the U.S. administration has agreed to buy 1.5 million doses of corona vaccine from Novavax.
